Reviews of Safe Parking

Very disappointing experience at this parking lot. The night I came, older man, staff member was very polite, spoke English, and clearly explained what to do and where to wait when returning to the airport. The day I came, I called for driver to take me to parking lot. Unfortunately, the situation with another employee was completely different. He spoke only Polish, so I translated a message into Polish and sent it, but received no response. When I called again, I was shouted at, laughed at, and no effort was made to help and resolve the situation. In the end, I had to call a taxi and wait outside in the rain until someone finally came and let me into the parking area. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Jak ktoś chce mieć stres, że nie zdąży na samolot to polecam. Jedna osoba wozi na lotnisko, czekasz kilkadziesiąt minut na transfer. Pan w połowie drogi zawraca, bo ktoś zadzwonił i mówi, że czeka pod bramą i kierowca zawraca się bo nie będzie jeździł dwa razy.

Czekałam godzinę pod lotniskiem, żeby przejechać na parking który był tuż obok. Dojazd z ulicy Arki fu na lotnisko trwa bliżej 15 minut niż podanych 6. Sam parking był ok, choć okolica nieciekawa.

Dojazd do najłatwiejszych nie należy, miejscówka ok, ale stan drogi dojazdowej tragedia

Szybko, sprawnie , bez problemów. Polecam.
